Why “Coaching” before “Fitness?”

I grew up playing competitive soccer and basketball. For the most part, I loved both sports. I loved the teams I played on. I loved my teammates, I loved the soccer field. I loved the basketball court. I loved my coaches. Actually, I loved most of them. I didn’t love the coach that said referred to me as “the worst goalkeeper in the world” in front of all my teammates. That didn’t feel good.

However, I loved the coaches that made the practices and games fun while teaching, motivating and finding specific ways to helps us test our individual limits. That made me think - I want to be the person that young athletes remember in a positive light. I can be your trainer. I can be your motivator. At the end of it it all, I want to be your coach.

My unique approach integrates individual coaching with personal training and conditioning. I believe the best player not only work on perfecting their craft, they also work on improving core strength, mobility, lung capacity and range of motion.
